Temporary Payroll Specialist

Join a growing organization seeking a Temporary Payroll Specialist to support a growing payroll team. This role partners closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, benefits administration, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing for a large employee population
• Audit payroll data, timekeeping records, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Partner with A&F team on payroll reporting, reconciliations, and tax filings
• Administer benefits deductions and support open enrollment activities
• Maintain employee data integrity across payroll and HRIS systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve payroll operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Experience with ADP a plus, but not required. General strong understanding of common HRIS systems.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
